Why you should attend

The marketing system for 2026 and beyond

Carl Mattiola walks through the exact framework successful practices are using to fill schedules, improve payer mix, and grow profit without the time suck. Over drinks, with a small group of DC-area owners.

Meet other DC-area practice owners

Small group, long table, real conversations with people running practices like yours. Trade notes on what's working, what's not, and what you'd do differently. The kind of hang that turns into a text thread after.

The 3 secrets to consistent new patients

Why great marketing still produces inconsistent results. The Good vs. Bad Marketing Divide, the Good vs. Bad System, and the Invisible Leak most practices don't even know they have.

See the AI-powered marketing system

Automated patient reactivation, an AI conversion agent that follows up in 5 minutes, and prebuilt growth campaigns on Google and Meta. One practice booked 55 new patients from a single text, saving 163 hours.

Take the framework home Monday

The 5 new patient pathways, the 3-question marketing test, and the exact system you can start building the next morning. No developer, no tech stack wrangling.

Hear from practice owners who've been in the room

These are the folks who show up. What they've taken home, in their own words.

I always leave with real ideas I can implement and the owner camaraderie and mentorship that reminds me I'm not alone.

Jack Zuckerman
Practice Owner, Total Recovery PT

Even though it's hard to step away, I'm always glad I came. The energy, the one-on-ones, and a truly supportive community make it worth it.

Megan Kearney
Owner, Thomas Orthopedic & PT

Being in a room of people with the same struggles, brainstorming in person, was unbelievable. It exceeded my expectations.

Owner, Carlisle PT

You're invited

We're in town June 4 and figured we'd grab a booth somewhere good and see who shows up. Tommy Joe's in Bethesda. Great food, good drinks, plenty of space.

Food and drinks are on us. Around 5, Carl will walk through How to Build a Marketing System for 2026 for anyone who wants to listen in. But mostly it's just a hang. Come for ten minutes or the whole thing.

One ask: this is a room for physical therapy private practice owners. If you own (or co-own) a PT practice, you're in. Bring a partner, practice manager, or PT-owner friend along too. We're not able to admit vendors, agencies, recruiters, or anyone who isn't running a PT practice.
